Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills: 

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Enterprises Development sectors
• Age should not exceed 45 as of May 18, 2016.
• Age limit will not be applicable for PAF's working staffs.

Responsibilities: 

• Identify potential micro-enterprise activities in project districts in line with Micro-enterprise and pocket area development strategy of PAF
• Identify potential environmental friendly micro-enterprises in project districts and find potential partners in relation with micro enterprises
• Develop strategies for promoting and marketing MEs in the district
• Prepare guidelines to procure services from ME specialist SA’s 
• Monitor and supervise the services of ME specialist SA’s
• Coordinate and network with other micro-enterprise development programs being run by other agencies.
• Facilitate Linkage with other programs including micro-finances.
• Report periodically to the program coordinator & communication division.
• Other activities as assigned by the PAF management.
