Product development and costing 

• Understanding buyer requirements/ trends & accordingly visiting to the market, vendor for new collection & developing new range of sample for presentation or developing sample as per buyer selection or design 
• Proficient in costing of fabrics and managing the development of product keeping the cost check in mind

Product finalization and order confirmation from buyer 

• Within the timeframe, to collect all order related information and documents (PO, PI) from the buyer for necessary action 
• Filling up all the relevant information in the ERP starting from EMS (Enquiry Management System) to TMS (Transaction Management System)
• Providing all required instructions and documents (PO, approval, correspondence mail, etc.) to vendor for further order execution 
• Preparing internal Sales Order process and Purchase Order 

Sampling & Complete execution of order 

• Production planning and generating T&A
• Planning the raw material sourcing keeping the customer and vendor in loop
• Ensuring timely approval of the required raw materials
• Regular follow up with the vendor for timely inward of inventory 
• Ensuring testing parameter are met 
• Getting pre-production approval from the buyer 
• Follow up with the factory and production team for daily status of production, and accordingly updating it in the T&A
• Scheduling inline and midline inspection with QA for ensuring quality parameter are met 
• Sending over Pre -shipment and photo shoot sample 
• Scheduling final inspection 
• Ensuring Inland dispatch and Vessel booking and arranging shipment
• Dispatching the goods and getting acknowledgment of goods being delivered 
• Follow up for payment
