Job Description

We are ladies fashion manufacturing company dealing with UK and Europe's high street online retailers and are looking for talented, versatile individual who has strong willingness to adapt and looking to join fashion industry as Sales merchandiser.

About the role

The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic and dedicated on the area Merchandising and Sales. the role will involve (but is not limited to) :

  • Raise order and follow the order status from start to finish
  • Communicate with factory based in China (email based) and readily available to reply any query raised by factory.
  • Work closely with Sales team based in UK.
  • Work closely on updating the sales and performance report with Designers to help create the pieces related to the accounts you are following.
  • Communicate and keep customer's updated about their order status. 
  • Critical path (Excel file of all the orders update between factory and merchandiser) update and monitor regularly. 

Note : 

As this job role relates with dealing the clients in overseas (UK and Europe). We have slightly different working hour to cater with the customer's need. So we are available to communicate with customer as per their working time. 

  • Our regular working hours are :
    -Monday to Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Working from Home)
    -Saturday : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (At office located in Teku, Kathmandu)
  • Full training will be provided for first few month with full salary payment &  during that time working hour will be variable.
  • We will provide computer and inverter as well at home. 
  • Working environment at home is expected.
