Reports to: Senior Management Team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Inventory Reports
• Fast & Slow seller analysis/style performance analysis
• Forecast sales and trends for the upcoming season
• Create a buy plan for the Merchandising team before the buy-ins
• Check the stock levels and assist in the replenishment process
• Work closely with the admin and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of inventories
• Product category development & analysis
• Check the status of inward drops & follow up
• Check the PIs before execution of L/C or payments
• Conduct timely product trainings for the floor team
• Prepare periodic damage reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field/s
• Independent worker with the ability to work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially MS Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong business acumen and a good understanding of market principles
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases

Probation period: 3 months
