Senior Accountant

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate daily books of accounts for all site-level transactions
• Record site expenses, payments, and receipts in a timely and systematic manner
• Prepare and maintain daily cash book and bank book
• Monitor petty cash usage and overall site cash flow
• Reconcile cash, bank, advance, and related accounts regularly

Materials & Inventory Control

• Maintain proper records of material receipt, issue, and stock balances
• Coordinate with the storekeeper for periodic material reconciliation
• Monitor material consumption and control wastage at the site
• Prepare monthly material reconciliation and inventory reports

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Submit site expense statements to Head Office within the stipulated timelines
• Coordinate closely with site engineers, storekeepers, and the Head Office accounts/ HR team to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations
