M. Tech / B. Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or M. Tech / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
5 Years or more, active experience in relevant profile in Hospital, Hotel/Commercial projects, etc. with at least one similar project completion and handover.
Experience with at least one similar project completion and handover

Pre construction :

Coordinate with design consultants .
Interpret Design and Drawings received from consultants and review the same for corrections as per IS standards.
Review Boq & Technical Specification, have in depth knowledge of fittings, equipment’s etc. as per IS standards.
Estimation for Material and labor components.
Assist management team in the process of bid evaluation and contract award.

Construction :

Technical specification review and approval.
GFC drawing review and approval.
Develop and monitor project schedule in terms of execution, resources mobilized and progress achieved by contractor.
Monitoring of MEPF packages.
Work measurement and billing works.
Supplier and Contractor handling.

Post Construction :

Handover documents preparation .
HOTO completion (Handover/Takeover activities) .
DLP attend above mentioned work for Electrical, HVAC, MGPS, FF, FA & PA, ELV, Solar, Plumbing, WTP, STP, ETP.
