Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D models using BIM software for MEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP designs into overall building models.
Ensure that all MEP designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
Review and analyze project specifications to develop accurate and efficient BIM models.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize MEP systems. Generate accurate quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of project documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP BIM modelling.
Collaborate with the project management team to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Provide support and training to junior BIM modelers when needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows within the company.
