Preferred Competencies and Skills

  • Masters' in Business Administration/Economics/Trade or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to foster excellent partnership relationships. 
  • The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records is essential. Budget management, including internal and external reporting, and forecasting skills would add to the benefits. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, previous experience with trade associations and NGOs would be preferred. 
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in computer skills. Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint is essential. Skill on graphic design applications, accountancy applications, databases and web related skills would be of advantage. 
  • Must be a good team player able to work with minimal supervision. 


Job Description

FEEN is currently looking for a dynamic candidate for Membership cum Office Coordinator.  The Membership cum Officer Coordinator will work under the supervision of the CEO and will primarily perform the following responsibilities:

  • S/he will be responsible for all tasks related to handling of new membership, membership data updates, membership renewals and support in communication with the members. S/he will also assist in FEEN's membership service delivery programs. 
  • S/he will follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.  S/he will handle the day-to-day administrative tasks like maintaining files and records with effective filing systems, facilitating email communication to appropriate team members/member organizations, and monitoring office supply inventory.
  • S/he will also have some basic accounting responsibilities like Processing expense requests, invoice processing, Cash book maintenance, Banks reconciliation etc.
  • S/he will assist as guided in development of grant proposals, mostly by conducting desk researches, and supporting in need assessments surveys.
  • At least in the initial months s/he will need to perform various other generic tasks and duties that may arise.  FEEN currently has extremely small team; as the team expands, the applicant can be expected to have more streamlined responsibilities.
