Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our sales team. The MR will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical and dermatological products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists, to promote True Derma’s range of dermatological products.
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical community.
Stay updated on product knowledge, including clinical studies, product benefits, and side effects, to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups, and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Plan and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional events to educate healthcare professionals about True Derma products.
Collect feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance and report it to the management team.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
