Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Palsons Derma Products, generating prescriptions, building strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves regular field visits, product presentations, market coverage, and coordination with distributors and pharmacies to ensure business growth and market expansion for Palsons Derma Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Palsons Derma Products to doctors, dermatologists, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective market coverage within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
Provide product information, presentations, samples, and promotional materials to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
Coordinate with distributors and pharmacies to ensure product availability and timely supply.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback reports for management review.
Participate in promotional campaigns, medical events, product launches, and awareness programs for Palsons Derma Products.
Maintain professional communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Travel regularly within assigned territories for business development and promotion of Palsons Derma Products.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field
Minimum relevant experience in Skin care sales, medical promotion, or healthcare marketing preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology preferred
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven personality
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively
Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and promotional activities
Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting tools preferred
