Job Description

Crystal Diagnostic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an A-grade or B-grade laboratory and be able to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy and precision. This is a mid-level position with ample opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue specimens, using sophisticated laboratory equipment and techniques.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and produce reports for healthcare professionals.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols and procedures.
Comply with all regulatory standards and maintain quality control measures within the laboratory.
Keep up-to-date with current advances in technology, procedures, and regulations in the field of Medical Laboratory Technology.
