• Assisting the Psycho-Social Counsellor/ Director/ Accounts officer in all program activities.
  
• Writing up interviews and sessions with BPS students
• Recording videos and taking photographs of hostels / student living conditions / school premises / student-counsellor interactions etc
• Monitoring and evaluating the safety of the psycho-social counsellor and students in all activities.
• Assisting complete all PMEAL documents as required
• Generating and disseminating digital materials (where appropriate)
• Maintaining a high level of communication in Nepali and English between stakeholders
• Completing all training before program launch

Job Duration : 9 months

Job purpose & reporting structure: 

In close collaboration with Project Officer and Director the incumbent will be responsible to support for activities implementation, documentation, Communication. The position will provide assisting role in BYAN project.

Safeguarding & Training :

It is highly important to emphasize the student safeguarding issues surrounding the coordinators role. Understanding of the rights and privacy of students will be essential, therefore the candidates should work through safeguarding training modules online, provided.
