Job Description

We operate a portfolio of lead generation websites and are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer who can not only manage paid ad campaigns but also design high-converting banners and videos for our advertising efforts. If you have a passion for performance marketing, ad creatives, and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities

Media Buying & Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and Native Ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
Monitor ad spend, conversion rates, and ROI, making real-time optimizations.
A/B test different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Creative Asset Development:

Design high-converting static & animated banners (GIFs, HTML5, etc.).
Create short-form video ads for TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Work with performance data to iterate on ad creatives and maximize engagement.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking to measure performance.
Generate reports on CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and new ad formats.
