Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Position is site based (Site near kathmandu about the 3-4 hrs of driving from kathmandu)

Mechanical Inspector has to make visual and measured inspection of steel penstock to ensure conformance with standards/drawings and determine if final installation meets all requirements
Must inspect incoming materials or plates used for penstock
Will require singular inspection processes, such as hydrostatic tests, and perform x-ray, destructive, and non-destructive examination to verify specified dimensions, strengths, and other quality factors using measuring instruments and inspection equipment

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Must have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience in inspection of Steel works and welding or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience
