Job Description:

• Generate list of requirements for the parts to be designed
  
• CAD modelling of specific components according to best engineering practices
  
• Design and development of mechanical components/subsystems
  
• Engineering calculations and numerical model of different subsystems
  
• Conduct market survey and analyze different vendors/suppliers and prepare database of approved supplier
  
• Liaising with external suppliers for quotation and procurement of off-the-shelf parts
  
• Research and learn in the field of work
  
• Continuously stay informed about the developments and innovations in the industry
  
• Meticulous documentation of research, design and prototyping phase
  
• Suggest and implement technical improvements
  

Requirements:

• Must have completed Bachelor Degree (BSc, MSc or MSc running)
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  
• General knowledge of motorcycle, chassis and components
  
• Knowledge of and experience with CAD systems
  
• Organized and possess effective communication skills
  

Considered as an advantage:

• Participated in a Design competition as a student
  
• Automotive enthusiast
  
• Knowledge of Dassault CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, FEM Analysis
  
• At least 2 years of professional experience
  
• Understanding of electronic system
