We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machinery and Equipment Management: Manage the installation, maintenance, and operation of machinery and mechanical systems used in construction projects.
2. Design and Improvement: Design, analyze, and improve mechanical systems for construction equipment, ensuring they meet safety, efficiency, and performance standards.
3. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to construction machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
4. Project Support: Work with project teams to identify and address mechanical needs, provide technical expertise, and ensure the proper functioning of machinery on construction sites.
5. Supervision: Supervise mechanical team members and provide technical guidance on maintenance, repair, and operation of machinery.
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical operations comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
7 . Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the budgeting process for mechanical equipment, including procurement, maintenance costs, and resource allocation.
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of machinery performance, repairs, and maintenance activities, and report to senior management on project progress.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in machinery, equipment, and construction, with a proven track record of managing mechanical systems in large-scale construction projects.
