Boiler Management

1. Monitor, adjust, and control all phases of boiler plant operations (e.g., water treatment, fuel systems, steam generation, pollution control).
2. Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance of boilers and other associated mechanical equipment systems.
3. Check measurement devices (e.g., feed water regulators, flow meters, flue gas temperature gauges, water level indicators) to determine if boilers are operating within prescribed limits.

Refrigeration Management

1. Perform inspections of Refrigeration plant and its auxiliary components ensuring proper operation.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of the refrigeration machine as per the maintenance schedule.
3. Analyze system data and trending values to determine the need for increased maintenance frequencies or improved maintenance procedures.
4. Troubleshoot / repair electrical and mechanical issues in Refrigeration plant.

Air Compressor/CO2 Management

1. Ensure smooth operation of air compressor and CO2 plant
2. Inspect the air compressor and its auxiliary components.
3. Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown maintenance of air compressor machine.

ETP/WTP Management

1. Monitor and control the operation of wastewater treatment processes (ETP /WTP) to achieve optimal treatment efficiency.
2. Monitoring and analyzing the treatment process
3. Troubleshoot routine, non-routine and complex treatment process, water quality issues or equipment problems.
4. Perform equipment maintenance; calibration and maintain all process instrumentation.

Preventive Maintenance Management

1. Develop preventive maintenance plan and schedule to ensure the maintenance of machines in the utility system to minimize downtime and ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
2. Develop and manage a program for periodic systems and equipment validation/testing.

Breakdown Management

1. Attend major breakdown (Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronic), diagnose, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair equipment to minimize breakdown.
