HURENDEC Nepal, established in 2050 BS with a goal to promote human rights, child rights, peace and livelihood through people’s collective empowerment. Now, HURENDEC NEPAL is implementing Nutrition Resilience Livelihood Technical Programme (TP) in partnership with World Vision International Nepal from November 2020 with a goal “children are well nourished”. Job Description

Time Duration: November 2020- September 2021(initial contract with 3 months' probation period). 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in social science or development studies in the field relevant to M&E At least 2 years of experience working with I/NGO in the field of monitoring, evaluation and accountability sector

Major Responsibilities

Monitoring:

  • Support to update beneficiaries information regularly in commcare system (developed by WVIN) to track all project beneficiaries
  • Carry out quality outcome and quality monitoring also Monitor project activities, and produce and submit monthly report and also  update in the system
  • Maintain project database including relevant document, reports, Compile, analyzes and present key findings of monitoring in regular meetings
  • Provide necessary guidance to volunteers/enumerators for accurate data collection

Evaluations & Learning:

  • Collect secondary data from various sources in working area for assessments, baseline survey and evaluations- as per requirement of WVIN with lead role for getting approval from local government authorities on this.
  • Support in arranging meetings, interviews and focus groups discussions for monitoring visits and evaluations/field studies
  • Support project teams to draw key learning, good practices and significant case stories from and share with senior management of organization as well as WVIN and also support in DPAC meeting.

Accountability:

  • Facilitate beneficiary selection criteria including Most Vulnerable Children and Adult.
  • Establish and operate information provision system on key aspects of the project.
  • Monthly report on accountability including feedback and response status with refer to WVIN on timely basis.
