Eligibility:
Bachelor degree and or preferable to Master Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Education and related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
Willingness to conduct frequent field trips and monitoring activities in rural and remote areas.
Good knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in organizing and facilitating training will be preferred.
Good knowledge of computer applications (Especially in Excel) with the ability to produce reports both in Nepali and English.
Good skill in documentation and report writing.
Familiar with Education, Child protection, Child Right Governance and Child poverty theme.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as per the organization’s rule and regulation
Competency Skills:
Serve as monitoring, evaluation and reporting focal point and provide all necessary MEAL related technical inputs, guidance and support to project team.
Appraising and ensuring that the project activities and progress reports are in line with QBM and Result framework of the projects
Conduct monitoring visits frequently to project sites to ensure quality of both technical and social work.
Produce and ensure that the periodic project progress reports are submitted timely and of desired quality.
Plan and coordinate project reviews and reflection meeting.
Monitor the status of the program implementation and ensure program compliance, accountability as per the Project output and WAC Nepal policy; providing timely recommendations for improvement.
Collecting best practices, learning, case studies which demonstrate qualitative and quantitative changes over the period.
