Job Description

ISAP is currently looking for a suitable candidate for M&E, Communication & Outreach Officer for PIWAAI who would be stationed in the central office, Thapathali with frequent travel to the project field. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project team and will be responsible for developing an appropriate M&E system for the organization, overseeing the implementation of the M&E system and disseminate data and reports internally and externally. S/he would also be responsible for communicating impact and activity to donors, partners, and other stakeholders. The person would be leading a team of two. S/he should have a master’s degree in social science and a relevant field with two years of prior experience in a related field.

Lead the M &E team and ensure the smooth functioning of M&E system to supply with the information to project team
Maintain information/databases on potential and actual donors
Collect data and information needed for preparation of project documents and grant application
Support project/program staff on ways to properly document, organize and capture program progress.
Document and track innovative strategies/best practices/new approaches
Develop reports & stories to show project progress and impact
Timely update the social media and prepare content for the same
Handle any other relevant duties as assigned by Program Manager
