Overall responsibilities: 

This position is responsible for managing the Clinical Consultation and Counselling with clients for the  company  

Specific Role and Responsibilities: 

• Visit Clients, Screen and diagnose their condition based on symptoms, plan follow-ups, and  prescribe tests and medicines when required. 
• Authorize referrals, and counseling, run prevention campaigns, and plan health outreach activities.  All those activities are expected to meet excellence standards. 
• Oversee all general management aspects of the Client Service. This includes supervision and  regular evaluation of laboratory and pharmacy, duties/responsibilities for medical and paramedical  staff (H.A. Lab Technician, Nurse, Dietician,) 
• The position holder will be responsible to provide primary care consultations for clients in  conjunction with the Medical Team working alongside them, and supporting and sharing the  workload in a coordinated manner.  
• Responsible to ensure that beneficiaries are receiving high-quality client-centered, evidence-based preventive medical care.  
• The doctor shall be directed where to work by a roster drawn up by the Clinical Lead, which shall  include Virtual Consultation and home visits.,
