The work station is Bodgaun Medical Centre, Sindupalchowk
You need to stay at least 25 days per month in working station
The running hours of Medical Centre is from 9:00 to 17:00 with an hour of Lunch break in mid-day. But, the center accepts emergency cases at any hour. You will work as a doctor on call in case of emergency cases. You will have H.A. and other support staffs to perform in those cases
You will visit patients, diagnose their condition based on symptoms, plan follow-ups, prescribe tests and medicines when required, authorize the referrals, counseling, run prevention campaign and plan health outreach activities. All those activities are expected to meet excellence standard
You will work as Clinic Director and oversee all general management aspects of the Medical Centre. This includes supervision and regular evaluation of laboratory and Medical pharmacy, duties/responsibilities for medical and paramedical staffs (H.A., Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Nurse, A.N.M., A.H.W.) and non-medical staffs (Cashier, Guards, cleaners)
You will perform your duties under designated person (Managing Director/Chairman of Board of Director) of Jay Nepal directed by special committee of Jay Nepal as the Medical Centre is running under the NGO
