We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our Hire Purchase Company (Non-Bank finance company). This role is crucial in building brand trust, driving customer acquisition for financial products, and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in financial services marketing, a deep understanding of customer behavior in the financial sector, and strong leadership skills to manage multi-channel campaigns and a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on financial products and customer segments.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, Offline, events).
Drive lead generation and customer acquisition for loan products (e.g., Hire Purchase loan and consumer equipment loan.)
Work closely with the product, credit, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings and business needs.
Ensure marketing compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical promotion of financial products.
Manage and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with data-driven recommendations.
Optimize marketing spend and improve ROI using analytics and tracking tools.
Stay updated on Hire Purchase industry trends, customer expectations, and digital finance innovations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferred in the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of financial inclusion and regional customer behavior.
