Job Description

To provide coordination to the Hospital
Managing patient flow whilst supporting the delivery of patient access targets
To provide clinical support to the Hospital
To work collaboratively with matron Colleagues to ensure all the team contribute to a full compliment of the various shifts available in order to maintain competency in all aspects of the role
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the unit/ institution
Maintain equipment and supplies of her unit/ institution
Maintain records and reports of the patient
Supervise and guide the ward sister in patient care and ward management
