We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Matron to provide strategic leadership to the Nursing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and evidence-based nursing care while maintaining clinical excellence and compliance with healthcare standards. The Matron will oversee nursing operations, supervise and mentor nursing personnel, promote continuous professional development, and foster a culture of patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement across the organization.
