Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Nurse intern - Client Care & Reception (Maternal & Child Health) to serve as the welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients, someone who can blend clinical understanding with warm, professional communication in a maternal and child health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers as the first point of contact
Maintain a warm, professional, and reassuring reception environment
Communicate clearly with clients on appointments, services, and basic health queries
Support healthcare staff with daily front-desk and clinical coordination
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with basic patient counseling and follow-up communication
Support health education and awareness initiatives for maternal and child health

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

RN, PCL Nursing, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable interacting directly with patients/clients (in-person and by phone)
Interest or background in maternal and child health
Organized, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Note: This is a paid internship position that offers valuable hands-on experience in client care, reception management, and maternal & child healthcare.
