Job Description

Texas Int'l Secondary School is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Math Teacher to join our dynamic team. As a Lower Secondary Math Teacher, you will play a crucial role in our students' academic journey, helping them develop a strong foundation in Mathematics and preparing them for their future studies. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality math lessons to students in lower secondary grades.

  • Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to engage students and facilitate their understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to students to track their progress
  • Collaborate with subject teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities  
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity
  • Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential in math by providing them with academic and personal support
  • Communicate and collaborate with parents/guardians to update them on their child's academic progress and address any concerns
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required
