Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Mathematics Teacher for Classes 7 to 9 at Sampada School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering concept-driven mathematics instruction, strengthening problem-solving skills, and helping students build a strong foundation in mathematical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and structured mathematics lessons for Classes 7 to 9.
Teach key mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and data handling.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
Encourage logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
Use appropriate teaching aids, technology, and real-life examples to enhance understanding.
Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities.
Communicate student progress with parents and school leadership when required.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Mathematics
Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and assessment techniques.

Salary: 40,000+ per month (based on qualifications and experience)
