Nisarga is an initiative of a group of educators who wish to bring about a meaningful change in the lives of students and teachers and promote a culture of vibrant and engaging learning in schools across Nepal.

It currently includes Nisarga Batika School, Nisarga Batika Preschool and the Nisarga Centre for Educators. All three are geared towards providing a progressive educational environment which prioritises experiential learning.

Responsibilities:

Teach and educate students on various mathematical concepts and principles
Plan and prepare lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of students
Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to effectively deliver lessons
Provide feedback and evaluate student's performance to track progress
Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment
Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
