Roles and responsibilities of this job

Premier International School is seeking a qualified and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for students
Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school curriculum
Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and examinations
Provide extra support to students who need assistance
Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs
Use educational technology and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Stay updated on the latest teaching methods, curriculum changes, and subject knowledge.
Monitor and support students overall development and address their individual learning challenges.
Provide timely feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding their academic performance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field
Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher at the school level.(Teaching certification or licensure.)
Strong knowledge of the subject and curriculum.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students.
Willingness to continuously learn and improve teaching practices.
