Job Description

Develop of quality lesson plans and learning activities for students based on national, local and school standards.
Keep up to date with the changes and development in the structure of the curriculum.
Foster high-quality, and engaging form of discussions, bring in proven pedagogical approaches.
Develop practical assignments, provide extra resource materials and ensure student's academic growth.
Explaining mathematical concepts in easy and understandable terms to the students.
Providing additional teaching support for slow learners.
Evaluate and monitor student's performance continuously, and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
Communicate with parents regarding student's progress periodically.
Create a positive environment for students, where they feel comfortable for asking questions, and taking part in classroom.
Perform other duties as assigned.
