The position is based on Kathmandu. Material Management Officer will be responsible for accurate, timely and cost effective acquisition, receipt and dispersement of Construction materials such as Cement, Aggregates, Sand,Steel etc.  to multiple projects of the Company. 

• Responsible for forecasting material needs and coordinating with Project Manager and store personnel
• Perform the ordering, receiving and dispersing of building materials for different projects undertaken by Raman
• Perform field inspections against invoices to ensure accuracy, ensure specifications are met, & material usage is correct
• Prepare Material status reports, material forecasts, project wise consumption reports 
• Audit Material Consumption and reconcillation
• Maintains purchasing records, produces management reports, tracks the status of requisitions
• Reviews vendor invoices prior to payment for accuracy.
• Locate vendors of building materials, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales
• Reviews and analyzes vendor performance periodically to assess the vendor’s suitability and the availability of supplies over time
