Roles and responsibilities of this job

The job comprises of the following responsibilities:

Customer base development and client relationship
Take incoming customers calls and processes sales
Ad hoc assistance with any administrative duties
Direct sales via phone and personal meetings
Cold calls or outgoing customer calls
Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies in the industry
Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance
plans
Liaison with insurance companies to represent clients
