Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Marketing/ Trading Officer to develop and implement effective marketing strategies while managing trading activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, trading practices, and marketing principles to help increase our brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for communicating with customers regarding the order, delivery date, and shipment date
Confirming order with price & delivery date
Responsible for communicating the details information on products, deadlines, and other necessary information to the Production Department
Preparing the process-wise required documentation proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, and labeling, to check the labeling details
Assisting Export Marketing Department Coordinator in achieving the Marketing and Sales goal
