About the job

Grey Email Marketing Agency is looking for its next Klaviyo Manager. A Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive a company’s growth and brand recognition. This role involves a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to create effective marketing plans that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Create and supervise marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as proper execution for brands to drive customer retention.
Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving retention.
Working with content creators to develop compelling visuals, and messaging for email and SMS campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness and legality of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is usually required.

The ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term goals and objectives.
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
