This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, implementing sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with clients.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Manage the overall marketing of the company. Assisting with the Companyʼs overall brand initiatives and collaborating with Senior Management to ensure brand consistency.
- Managing online marketing campaigns and lead generation (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Must superior knowledge about lead generation and Ad campaigns.
- Solid understanding of extracting peak efficiency from digital channels including paid search, paid social and video ads.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Manage social media, website and other marketing content (including basic copywriting) to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness across our brands.
- Must be able to guide the graphics designer for creatives design. Formulating and implementing the graphic design, art direction, branding and look for our digital, social and print media. This includes liaising with any third-party vendors.
- Managing our website and social media to effectively promote our services in the digital space.
- Managing email/google/CRM/ Mailchimp automations and implementing EDM campaigns.
- Managing the social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Managing inquiries via social media.
- Producing engaging blog posts based around the education & migration industry.
- Perform regular tests on website SEO rankings.
- Identify the search software algorithm trends and insights, implementing system specifications to improve site performance and program needs
