Role Description

iTech Innovation is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site role. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and implementing sales initiatives. You will play a key role in driving direct-to-customer sales, particularly in the SIM card sales sector, and will create impactful campaigns and events to enhance our market presence. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service to clients and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives
Drive direct-to-customer sales, with a focus on SIM card sales
Create and manage marketing campaigns and events
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns
Continuously improve marketing approaches based on feedback and market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience in market research and analysis
Strong sales and marketing strategy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented with a passion for exceeding client expectations
Ability to work well both in a team and independently
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience in the tech industry is a plus
SIM card sales experience is highly prioritized
