WHAT WE NEED:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Assistant to become an essential role in our Sales operations. This detail-oriented position will be an integral part of our Sales Department and Business Development Team. This role will require a direct and extensive focus on our Web services sales, including web design, mobile app development, web hosting, business email solution, SEO, web security, and other related services.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
Nepali Citizen
18 years of age or older
College Graduate preferably in IT (BE, BBIS, BCIS, BIM, BIT and BCA)
2-years sales development or business development experience
In-depth knowledge of web design, mobile app development, SEO, web hosting, email and web security.
Absolute excellent over-the-phone skills
Motivation & Persistence is absolutely required
Ability to work alone, and remain motivated
WHAT WE PREFER:
Experience selling Web services
Previous sales, marketing & business development experience
Experience with CRM's software.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Maintain a steady sales pipeline by scheduling prospects with your Account Executive.
Learn and maintain everything there is to know about our service and product offerings.
Perform demos, meetings, web calls, or conferences to explain our product and service offerings to prospects.
Cold call and cold email prospects on a daily basis.
Work in a small-team environment, mostly alone, interacting with customers.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales, pre-sales, and opportunities.
Work as a dedicated sales point of contact for prospects
Help customers by creating tickets on their behalf, working with internal teams, and ensuring escalated tickets are resolved promptly.
Build and maintain long relationships with prospects.
Work intensively with our CRM daily.
Make outbound calls, emails, reminders, appointments, and dispatching.
Identify and log sales opportunities during customer interactions.
