Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Collaborating with management teams to develop marketing strategies
Identifying target customers and markets
Collecting and compiling customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
Collecting and maintaining sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
Forecasting and analyzing marketing trends, marketing strategies; preparing and presenting reports summarizing information; making recommendations based on analysis
Developing and distributing materials related to sales, training, and marketing
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Performing other duties as assigned

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field required
One to three years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
