Identifying target customers and markets
Collecting and compiling customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership
Collecting and maintaining sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
Forecasting and analyzing marketing trends, marketing strategies; preparing and presenting reports summarizing information; making recommendations based on analysis
Developing and distributing materials related to sales, training, and marketing
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Performing other duties as assigned
