Job Description

We are hiring Marketing Representative based on the interest and linkage with farming community for the sales & marketing of different types of agriculture products such as seeds, pesticides, farm machinery and equipment’s & act as point of contact for collecting and delivering technical and business planning related information from assigned parts of Nepal.

Appointment: Sales & Service Based Incentives-Part time

Marketing & Service Area: Respective Districts/Assigned Area

Number of Requirement: Many (10-50 number of people)

Offered Salary: Incentive Based

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your major responsibilities are linking and establishing of Seller with Buyer as a part time sales incentive-based job including collecting and delivering technical and business-related information between company and its clients & business network
Deliver the right product & service related information to the buyer as per exact specification of products & services
Cooperate with Government offices, NGO/INGOs and other possible offices for business linkage opportunities
Share the price schedule of the products based on actual price shared by company
Ensure actual requirement of buyer and take only order of available materials with seller company
To share exact requirement of buyer to the seller company
MR to provide sale target in each three months, if possible segments/product-wise
Inform company regarding any new materials that may arranged by seller in time as per demand of the clients
Take a client’s feedback and plan to resolve the issue accordingly in coordination with company
Maintain the company and process SOP’s at all level

Incentive Rate & Modality: The rate of incentive is based on the volume of the business and services with standard incentive on each transaction. Marketing Representative will get the incentive based on actual realization of the value of the products and services in the account of the company
