Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues
Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
Attend relevant trade shows and events
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Should be flexible with location and timing that can be changed on a regular basis
Candidate should have a bike/scooter along with driving license.

Note:

Since we are a software and hardware related company, candidate with experience in related field will be given more priority.
Candidate should commit on work agreement of at least 1 year from the date of joining
