Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Collecting the daily saving and loan amount from the market
Expand the number of members and transactions in designated area
Monitor the designated area
Handle complaints, suggestions, and updates from individual customers and members
Conduct market research to expand the growth
Consistently achieve monthly target and generate new business
Attend meetings, training, seminars and other events
Any other departmental tasks assigned by the Manager/ Managing Director

Note: Candidates with or without two-wheeler are preferred

Intermediate running are encouraged to apply
Dynamic Personality with strong communication skills
Must have the leadership quality to initiate and close the deals confident
Should have good marketing skills

Ability to give effective presentation to clients
Ability to gain confidence and cooperation from clients
Ability to set priorities, meet target & multitask
