MB Petrolube Industries Pvt. Ltd. was established in November 20, 1990 A. D. The company was promoted by the owners of frm Mayaram Bholaram, who carry a history for more than 180 years in business in Nepal. The industry was set up under technical assistance from AP Oil International Pte. Ltd., Singapore. The company has been blending automotive and industrial lubricants since 1992 A. D. under the brand name “MB LUBE”. The industry is the first privately owned lube oil blending industry in Nepal licensed by the government of Nepal. The industry is certified for its management by International Standard Organization and has acquired the ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company certificate for its quality management. Since its beginning MB Lube has been blending automotive and industrial grade lubricants in Nepal under the technical assistance from AP Oil International Pte. Ltd., Lubrizol, Afton Chemicals, Infenium and other reputable multinationals. The company has its own state of the art laboratory to test and adhere to its high quality standards. Moreover, the company also has a policy to have its samples tested for all batches every  two years from an independent laboratory to ensure the quality of products. Having an experience of more than 25 years in Lubricant industry, MB LUBE has made itself competent enough to blend any type of lubricant required by automotive and industrial market in Nepal. Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer with a strong background in industrial marketing to drive the sales and market presence of our lubricants and greases in various industrial sectors across Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, providing after-sales support, and understanding the technical needs of industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of lubricants and greases in the industrial segment across Nepal.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Regular follow-ups for client feedback, satisfaction, and payment recovery.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Frequent travel required to meet clients, assess application areas, and promote products on-site.
