Sneha's Care is a leading animal welfare organization in Nepal, dedicated to promoting the ethical treatment of animals and providing care and rehabilitation for abandoned, abused, or injured animals. Our work spans advocacy, rescue operations, sheltering, and community outreach programs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Officer to join our team and lead our fundraising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns to raise funds and awareness for Sneha's Care's mission and programs. You will work closely with our team to craft compelling narratives, leverage various marketing channels, and engage our supporters to drive successful fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising campaigns, including online campaigns, direct mail appeals, and special events.
Craft compelling storytelling and marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials, to engage donors and supporters.
Collaborate with the team to identify fundraising opportunities and develop new strategies to grow our donor base.
Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing efforts for maximum impact and donor engagement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors, ensuring effective stewardship and donor retention.
Explore and implement innovative fundraising techniques, such as crowdfunding, peer-to-peer campaigns, and corporate partnerships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including communications and program teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Represent Sneha's Care at fundraising events and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors and donors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the non-profit sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Passion for animal welfare and a strong commitment to Sneha's Care's mission and values.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box.

Our primary mission revolves around safeguarding animals from any kind of mistreatment, cruelty, or inhuman treatment, striving to protect them from all forms of abuse and suffering. We are committed to rescuing and providing medical care, rehabilitation, and shelter to injured, sick, and abandoned animals in the community, primarily focusing on dogs as well as farm animals in need. We are devoted to establishing a community where ethical principles of Love, Compassion, Kindness, Dignity, and Respect govern the treatment of all living creatures and ensure the well-being of animals through responsible actions and thoughtful care. For this to happen, We have broadened our area of work from the Rescue and Rehabilitation of Community Dogs to Dog Population Management, the Welfare of Farm Animals, the Welfare of Working Animals, and the Welfare of Wildlife. Our area also incorporates Helping Animals in Disasters, Humane Live Animal Transportation, Veganism Promotion, Advocacies, and Campaigns. Currently, our shelter has been home to 150 plus dogs, 19 Cattle, 5 Buffaloes, 7 Goats, 6 Pigs, and a sheep.
