Himaida is looking for a Marketing Officer for Modern Trade Retail Outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in modern trade retail
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid license

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
• Knowledge of Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for modern trade retail outlets such as Sales Berry, Big Mart, BBSM, and smaller modern trade outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences in modern trade outlets
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales in modern trade outlets
• Monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement
• Coordinate with the product development team to tailor products to the needs of modern trade customers
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and branding guidelines in all marketing activities
  

Working Conditions:

• Frequent travel to various modern trade retail outlets
• Flexible working hours may be required to meet the demands of the job

Salary: NRs. 28,000 monthly + allowance
