  • Should be creative, vibrant, outgoing and exploratory and tech savvy.



Job Description


Event Planning & Management

  • Conceptualize, plan and implement events and ensure the events’ success and report to the Senior Management.
  • Prepare and organize the event related documents and invoices in online and offline folders.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and third parties to promote success of events.
  • Prepare a budget for events and ensure adherence to it.
  • Communicate relevant retail marketing trends to mall management.
  • Develop event feedback surveys and analyze and report.
  • Manage the brand of the mall and maintain its standard.
  • Plan and organize marketing campaigns for the mall. 
  • Assist in marketing campaigns organized by tenants and external organizations.
  • Interdepartmental liaison and communication for the swift operation of the department and effectivity and efficiency of the marketing events and plans.

Promotion & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, develop and manage social media strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website of the mall.
  • Create contents including text posts, images and videos to increase the engagement of the audience in social media.
  • Stay up to date with the latest media trends and technologies. 
  • Research and launch new ideas regarding social media marketing.
  • Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials.
  • Design ideas and arrange materials for promotion of the event and mall.
