Roles and responsibilities of this job

Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Other Specification

Should have passed at least Master’s Degree (preferences will be given to MBA Marketing/MBS Marketing) in the faculty of management
Energetic, dynamic, creative, strong communication skill, fluent English and Nepali speaking and writing
Capable of using presentation applications like Power-point or alike
Capable of preparing and implementing marketing plan to address the need of the market
Possess skills to establish and maintain the brand of the product in the market
Has knowledge of various marketing ideas, tools and techniques and capability of implementing them
Has Experience with contemporary digital tools, platforms, and channels
Has knowledge and experience of Product Pricing, Product Positioning, Product Distribution and Product Promotion ideas and techniques
Understands and implements Customer Relationship Management
Has 2 years experiences in the field of Sales and Marketing
Must possess at least 2 wheeler license
