Job Description

  • Develop a clear understanding of the Hospital’s business objectives and devise and implement a marketing strategy and activity plan which meet these objectives.
  • Communicate with the hospital’s internal and external customers (patients, healthcare professionals staff, healthcare institutions etc), ensuring that all the marketing objectives are met.
  • Develop and deliver the hospital’s online or digital marketing strategy with the objective of growing visitor numbers and conversions.
  • Create, maintain and update information on the website in line with business needs and SEO best practice, ensuring all published content adheres to the hospital’s core values.
  • Manage the hospital’s social media channels.
  • Identify and produce engaging and SEO-optimized content for the hospital’s on-line platforms in the form of blogs, news stories, banner, tweets, videos, photos and images.
  • Plan and help deliver online advertising campaigns.
  • Use web analytics (including Google Analytics) to monitor trends and traffic.
  • Optimize online user experience to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, audio and video media, print communication and advertising. 
  • Manage major projects such as PR events, launches, marketing campaigns, Webinars, annual networking days and evenings, trade show exhibits etc.
  • Liaise with all Department Heads and In-charges in-house, in creating marketing pieces for different areas e.g. brochures, patients booklet, patient leaflets etc. 
  • Maintain high level of knowledge of hospital’s clinical services.
  • Work closely with other hospital’s liaison executives to ensure clear marketing message to referral audience and marketing support and materials supplied to them.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
  • Manage relationship with consultants and healthcare professionals. 
  • Direct and manage personnel within the marketing team and provide support and guidance
  • Organized and multi-tasking
