Job Description

Formulate & implement marketing and sales strategies to improve customer awareness and increase sales of the branch.
Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Generate leads and prospects through various marketing activities and (or) campaign
Convert leads into customers through regular and effective follow up
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Co-ordinate among team members, Branch Incharge and Head Office to enable sales
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as per requirements

Note:

Two wheelers with valid licenses is compulsory
Local candidates are preferred.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 1 year of experience
Bachelors in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
