Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a Marketing Officer who can support the planning, execution, and management of integrated marketing, branding, and communication activities across the organization, ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement, and business growth through both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives across the Group’s businesses
Manage and maintain social media platforms, content calendars, website updates, and digital communication channels
Create, coordinate, and publish marketing content including captions, articles, newsletters, promotional materials, project updates, and campaign communications
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and advertising agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Support planning and execution of events, launches, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and networking programs
Assist in developing presentations, brochures, flyers, company profiles, proposals, and marketing collateral
Monitor campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare marketing reports and insights
Support lead generation and sales-related marketing initiatives
Maintain marketing databases, media archives, photo libraries, and vendor records
Ensure brand consistency and messaging standards across all platforms and materials
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring
Support internal communication and cross-departmental marketing requirements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and digital marketing tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in content creation and digital marketing campaigns
Exposure to event management and corporate branding activities
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
